MRI of the thoracic spine is the most informative and safe method, allowing to identify such pathologies as:
• Pathologies of the spinal cord (volumetric formations, infectious-inflammatory, demyelinating, metabolic, degenerative other changes);
• Hernias and protrusions of intervertebral discs;
• Post-traumatic changes;
• Congenital malformations
MRI indications:
• Numbness in fingers
• Pain around the lapelas (giving into the chest)
• Weakness in upper and lower extremities
• Shortness of breath, etc.
